Refund Policy

Subscription cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

Refund eligibility

Full refunds are available within 48 hours of your first subscription payment if you have used fewer than 5 render credits. After this window, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Failed renders

If a render fails due to a provider or system error, your credit is automatically refunded. No action required.

How to request

Email support@boxnoza.com with your account email and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Disputed charges may result in account suspension pending resolution.
