1. Service description

Boxnoza AI provides AI-powered interior design rendering services through a web-based platform. Users submit design prompts and receive AI-generated photorealistic interior renders for personal or commercial use.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. One person or entity per account. You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually) through Stripe, our payment processor. Your subscription automatically renews until canceled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period. Prices are listed in USD and may change with 30 days' notice.

4. Render credits

Each plan includes a fixed number of render credits per billing period. Unused credits do not roll over to the next period. Credits are consumed when a render request is submitted. Failed renders (due to provider errors) are automatically refunded.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to generate content that is illegal, infringes on third-party rights, or violates our content policy. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy without refund.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of prompts you submit. AI-generated renders are licensed to you for commercial use during the term of your active subscription. Boxnoza AI retains the right to use anonymized render metadata for model improvement.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." Boxnoza AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
